Before you accept a fare
You can withdraw a request at any time before accepting a fare at no cost.
After you accept
Cancellation window and any deduction: [to be confirmed]. Refunds of advance payments go back to the original payment method within [to be confirmed] working days.
If XRide cancels
If we cannot provide your ride after confirmation, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
No-shows
If the passenger cannot be found after the included waiting time, the ride may be marked a no-show. Charges: [to be confirmed].
Delays and rescheduling
Request changes from your ride page. A new time may require a new fare.
